About the position
Responsibilities • Modify solutions, as necessary, to meet client requirements. • Analyze data sources and processes to support clients. • Implement tools to automate and display data and processes using commercial best practices for data analytics and workflow in FlankSpeed or other application stacks. • Develop and retain configuration files, data, source code, scripts, reports, visualizations, analytics, and algorithms in tools within FlankSpeed. • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Microsoft 365 developed products. • Provide Microsoft 365 training to small and large audiences. • Prepare, analyze, and implement workflows to automate processes and data management. • Analyze, cleanse, aggregate, curate, and integrate data and workflow from disparate business systems. • Prepare architectures for Microsoft 365 developed tools and respective guidance. • Implement and support data analytics and workflow solutions in FlankSpeed (e.g., databases, data integration, encryption, cybersecurity, data visualization, application hosting, knowledge portals, low-code and no-code application platforms). • Bid and proposal support if requested. • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required. • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate PL-300 (PL-100 or PL-400 would also qualify). • At least seven (7) years of experience developing and sustaining custom Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI visualizations in Microsoft 365 to meet client objectives. • Demonstrated experience with providing Microsoft 365 training to small and large audiences. • Must possess ability to perform administrative functions to support client objectives in the Microsoft 365 Flank Speed environment. • Demonstrated experience working with SharePoint client object model to query lists, manipulate list items, create on-demand reports to deliver easy-to-understand content. • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills. • Must possess strong time management skills. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Benefits • Competitive compensation package including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. • Base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. • Eligible to participate in corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs. • May be eligible for performance bonuses and other rewards and benefits.
